Nine, condenser corrosion precautions
Wet desulfurization condensers are divided into two types: vertical and horizontal
1. Vertical condenser: it is divided into four parts: top cover, upper tube plate, lower tube plate and bottom U-shaped acid tank.
Top cover: ETFE(F40) spraying, HALAR spraying, spraying thickness of 1mm, because the top cover contact temperature does not exceed 120℃, the main attention should be paid to the flange sealing surface can not be hanging, cleaning spraying thickness should be uniform.
Upper tube plate: ETFE(F40) spraying, HALAR (HALAR) spraying, spraying thickness of 1mm, the contact temperature does not exceed 150℃, the main attention should be paid to the hole part can not have flow hanging, the overall spraying thickness should be uniform.
Lower tube plate: PFA is generally used for spraying. The spraying thickness is 1mm and the contact temperature is about 260℃. When spraying, the main attention should be paid to the hole part without flow hanging, and the overall spraying thickness should be uniform.
Bottom U acid tank: two processes are selected, namely tetrafluoride lining and PFA spraying. The equipment has different shapes, and it is quite difficult to construct anticorrosion no matter tetrafluoride lining or PFA spraying. And the use of temperature is harsh, the highest use of temperature up to 290℃, the surface coating needs to do 300 to 500mm acid-resistant brick, in order to play a high temperature isolation coating direct impact.
2. Horizontal condenser: it is divided into five parts: top cover, defogging grid plate, three-section tube section, packing grid plate and bottom U-shaped acid tank.
Top cover: PFA spraying is generally used, the thickness of spraying is 1mm, and the contact temperature is about 180℃
Defogging grid plate: PFA spraying is generally used. The spraying thickness is 1mm and the contact temperature is about 180℃
Three-section tube: PFA is generally used for spraying, and the thickness of spraying is 1mm. The contact temperature is about 200℃ to 250℃
Bottom U-shaped acid tank: choose two kinds of technology, respectively tetrafluoride lining and PFA spraying. This equipment has different shapes, and it is quite difficult to construct anticorrosion no matter tetrafluoride lining or PFA spraying. And the use of temperature is harsh, the highest use of temperature up to 280℃, the surface coating needs to do 300 to 500mm acid-resistant brick, in order to play a high temperature isolation coating direct impact.
Note: general anti-corrosion service life can reach more than 5 years.
